The primary objective of Library is to support the educational and research activities for the development of the Institute, society as well as the Nation.Library, IMS-Library is providing an environment to its users to develop his/her knowledge & skills through library resources & facilities.

Library also provide various facilities to its user like Group Study Room, Mini Conference Room, and Computer Facility with Wi-Fi for instant & Innovative learning are infrastructural add on of library complex. Presently 1500 (approx) books are available in Library from various departments.Library is working on subscription of E-Database, E-Journals and E-books.
